Note: It saddens me to add this news. Vic Chesnutt died Christmas Day (2009). He was a great man whom I was lucky enough to have met and talked with after this performance. When I saw him again at one of his last shows (Oct. 30, 2009), he looked to be in an unusual amount of emotional pain early on. The audience was great and very supportive, and at the end he looked genuinely happy. Rest in peace, Vic.
