This is the first CD released by a.weather, which is basically Aaron Gerber with help from a couple of amazing voices and brilliant musical arrangement. More electronic than his past work of different monikers, and less electronic than their current releases (with a full cast of musicians), he takes advantage of the freedom offered with a different - more complicated format. This release started life as a score for a multimedia video project, however the music is so beautiful on its own that releasing it on CD was inevitable.
Based in Portland, Oregon, a.weather makes occasional live appearances on both coasts. Originally from Maine, then Massachusetts, he has a solid following from many different locations.
