I had a CT scan done today. I've been getting such horrible headaches lately and the doc sent me for the scan to see what's up in there. I think it's just sinuses gone wild, hopefully this will explain it better.

I love Fruit Loops. I hate Puffins natural high-fiber supposedly good for you cereal. That stuff tastes like gym socks. I try to be healthier...

Today I went to deliver the results of a security assessment I did in Austin, TX to a gov. facility in Martinsburg, WV. What a beautiful drive! I love West Virginia. The Potomac River is clean on that end! We met for lunch in Charles Town and I was so happy to be in a place whose landscape and way of living isn't as frightful as Maryland (DC Metro area, my new home since Maine and DC) or New Jersey or Delaware etc. I really miss Maine. I'll be back.

It just seems around here that everyone lives under a Home Owner's Association (HOA) regime, in cheap manufacturered houses with little to no land and amazingly disgusting exteriors. They're generally nice people, just mostly tasteless and snobby for no discernable reason.

Because this site is usually just referred to as PBAK, I went to register pbak.com. I was beat by the Phillipine Bowling Association in Kuwait. I am muy muy saddened by this.
