I've discovered why traffic in the DC metro area is so terrible. Not one person with Virginia license plates knows how to drive. Not a single one. Anytime there is an accident, it's a Virginia driver. Anytime some egg-timer is in the fast lane doing the speed limit it is a Virginia driver. Anytime someone is doing 105mph in the slow lane it is a Virginia driver. They are completely backwards. I have some friends from Virginia and I mean no offense, but chances are they are in this group simply because their cars are registered there. It's an unusual phenomenon.

Yesterday my new girlfriend Shayne (who looks like this) hit a metro bus head-on with her Kia. The Kia is no more, however she lives to tell the tale, battered and bruised. I told her to try and stop hitting things with her car, but old habits are hard to break.

I went to my new heart doctor at GWU Hospital on Thursday. They re-programmed me and told me to come back in a month. They seem pretty capable... we'll see. Status: The heart hasn't stopped for a while, but every now and then it goes fast. Really fast. Like from the normal 55-60bpm to 400bpm for a short time. We may need to change something but it's being monitored this month so we'll see.

Montgomery County Police suck.

Ok I'm back online now and ooh, it feels good.

Happy Leap Year everyone!

I've been rather busy lately. Last week I went to Raleigh for business and then I went to see my doctor at GWU Hospital. He says I have some kind of crazy tachycardia thing (fast, irregular heartbeat) that is not life-threatening because of where in the heart it originates. Phew... I guess that's good news.

I'll be back in Maine for the weekend of March 20th to see my good friends Alex and Maura get married! I can't believe it. They are so crazy. But they are both too crazy for anyone else so I guess it is a good thing :-)

I'm tired. That's all I got for now. Goodnight kids.
