So far this season we have received more snow than all of last year. Oooh I love it. Yesterday I got to use the snow thrower (the tank I got last year) to eat up 17" of snow and regurgitate it on my neighbors' garage. Since I've been for the most part snowed-in I took the initiative to configure my new Sun Solaris (computer/server) machine on a DSL connection, thus eliminating the need for my crappy & slow satellite connection. This may mean little to most of you, but to me it means a network 4x-5x faster than before. It also means I have an extra computer to use as a fish-cam host, so look forward to that coming this week!

New Year's Day and Eve were great. Jamie and I got a hotel in downtown Boston and ate at a swanky French restaurant. Went to the New England Aquarium and Boston Museum of Science. We wandered around Boston Common and saw the ice sculptures melt and attended a Chinese classical concert. Then we got tired, and fell asleep just before midnight.
